Vanities in Oakville
House deliveries use the driveway, while condo work needs a booked service elevator and the building's own loading rules. We measure the rough-in and the wall, build and finish the vanity in our shop, then set and level it on site so the stone can be templated against the real cabinet. A custom vanity is built to the width you have and drawn around the plumbing, floating on wall blocking or standing as a furniture piece.

Oakville runs from large houses south of Lakeshore and older pockets in Bronte to newer open plan subdivisions north of the highway, plus downtown condos. Older bathrooms tend to be narrow with the rough-in already fixed, while newer builds offer a wider wall and room for a double bowl. Kitchens, butler's pantries, dressing rooms, wine storage and whole house millwork are the Oakville norm.

Can you replace a vanity without retiling the Oakville bathroom?
Usually yes, if the new cabinet covers the same footprint or more. We measure the tile edges and the existing plinth line at step 01 and size the piece so no bare floor or unfinished tile is left showing.
How long is a bathroom out of use?
Only for the install and the stone. The cabinet goes in and is levelled in [n] days, the fabricator templates afterwards, and the top is fitted on their return. Your plumber reconnects once the stone is in.
We want the veneer to run continuously across the doors. Can you do that?
Yes. Sequence-matched veneer is ordered as a set and laid out so the grain carries across a run, then cut and finished in that order. It has to be planned at the drawing stage, because the door sizes fix the layout. We mark the sequence on the elevations and dry-fit the whole run in the shop.
Our unit is in a condo downtown. How does delivery work?
Through the loading dock and the service elevator, with the elevator booked ahead and the cab padded. Buildings differ, so we ask for the property manager contact early and work to their rules on hours and insurance.
