City of Toronto

Peel Region
Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon. Postwar bungalows and 1980s two-storeys getting their first real kitchen, new subdivisions with 9 ft ceilings, and Caledon farmhouses with the mudroom and pantry that a long drive asks for.
York Region
Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham are rebuild country, with tall ceilings and long runs. Aurora, Newmarket and King bring older main-street houses and estate lots; Stouffville, East Gwillimbury and Georgina bring newer subdivisions and lakeside houses.
Durham Region
