- How we work
Five steps, a published lead time, and a date we keep
Measure, draw and render, quote line by line, build in the shop, install with the same crew. Every step has a date, and the install date is written into the quote.
Measure and listen
We measure the room to the millimetre and ask how you cook, store and live. Forty minutes, no brochure.
Day 1Drawings and rendering
Elevations, sections and a photorealistic rendering you can walk around. Change anything until it is right.
Within [n] daysItemized quote
Every cabinet, panel and pull on its own line, with the material catalogue attached.
[n] hours after sign-off [confirm]Shop build
Cut, edged, finished and dry-fitted in our shop, so install day is assembly, not construction.
[n] weeks lead timeInstall and adjust
Levelled, scribed to your walls, doors aligned. We come back once after you have lived with it.
[n] days on site · [term] warrantyStep one is a conversation with a tape measure. Step two turns it into elevations, sections and a photorealistic rendering of your room with your doors, finish and hardware. Nothing is cut until you approve those drawings.
Step three is the quote: every cabinet, panel and pull on its own line, walked through before you sign. Steps four and five are the shop and the install. Because the boxes arrive finished and dry-fitted, install is assembly, not construction. How long each step takes, with the things that slow a job down.
The model you walk through before we build.

We do not publish figures. We do publish what moves them.

| Kitchen, wood veneer | Species, sequence matching, integrated pulls | Interior fittings, lighting | [n] weeks |
| Kitchen, solid and fluted | Solid fronts, fluting, custom depths | Colour, plinth detail | [n] weeks |
| Vanity | Floating or furniture style, stone top, mirror cabinet | Finish, hardware | [n] weeks |
| Media wall or built-ins | Fireplace surround, hidden storage, lighting, stone | Shelf count, finish | [n] weeks |
Every quote is itemized from your drawings, and we walk you through each line before you sign. In the first call we will tell you plainly whether your budget and your brief fit. What decides the cost of custom millwork.
Asked before the first call.
What happens at the measure?
About forty minutes at your home. We record the room to the millimetre, photograph the services and the trim, and ask how you cook, store and live. Bring appliance model numbers if you have them; the drawings are built around them.
Can I change the design after the rendering?
Yes, as often as you like before the drawings are signed. After sign-off the shop cuts to those drawings, so a change becomes a change order with its own line and, sometimes, a new date.
Who installs?
The same crew that built the boxes in the shop. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor between the drawing and the last door adjustment.
What is the warranty?
[term] warranty on the cabinetry and finish, with one return visit after you have lived with it. [Kam confirms the warranty terms.]
