Every quote is itemized from your drawings, and we walk you through each line before you sign. In the first call we will tell you plainly whether your budget and your brief fit. What decides the cost of custom millwork.

What do you count as millwork?
Anything built for a specific room from wood and sheet goods and fixed to the house: built-ins, media walls, panelling, feature walls, closets, vanities, mudroom lockers, home office walls. It is drawn, rendered and built the same way as a kitchen.
Do you take a single piece, or only whole rooms?
Either. One built-in, one media wall or one vanity goes through the same measure, drawings and shop build. There is no minimum room count. [Kam confirms any minimum job size.]
Can the millwork match a kitchen you did not build?
Yes. Bring a door or a drawer front to the measure. Painted finishes are matched from the sample and veneer species are chosen against it in your room's light.
How long does millwork take?
[n] weeks from signed drawings to install for most pieces, then [n] days on site. Stone and fireplace clearances add steps; the quote shows the dates.
