Concept imageryThe flutes are cut into an MDF panel on the shop's CNC, so the profile is identical across every door and the spacing lands evenly at each edge. Sprayed lacquer flows into the flutes without pooling, which a brush cannot do.
Painted fluting suits mudrooms, vanities and laundry rooms where a wood finish would fight the floor. It hides marks better than a flat slab in the same colour because the light breaks across the ridges.

Does painted fluting chip at the ridges?
The ridge is eased, not sharp, so it does not catch. A chip is touched up with the same paint. In a mudroom we often add a plinth and a bench top in a harder material to take the knocks.
Can I pick the flute size?
Yes. We bring cut samples in two or three profiles to the measure. Narrow fluting reads finer and busier; wide fluting reads calmer and more like panelling.
