Mudrooms in Richmond Hill

We measure the entry, build and finish the run in our shop, then deliver, level it on a plinth and scribe the ends to the floor and wall. A mudroom is lockers, a bench and tall storage built to take boots, coats and daily traffic without looking worn in a year.

Can a mudroom be built into a narrow back hall in Richmond Hill?
Often yes. A shallow run of hooks, a bench and a tall unit at one end works in a hall where full lockers would block the path. We measure the clear width at step 01 and draw the shallowest version that still holds coats and boots.
Do you build around the garage door threshold?
Yes. The threshold, the step and the door swing are recorded at the measure, and the plinth and end panel are drawn to clear them. Nothing is cut until you have seen it in the rendering.
Can you build a wall unit around a mounted television and hide the wires?
Yes. We need the screen size, the bracket type and the position of the outlets and data points, all taken at the measure. Back panels are cut in the shop for the cable runs, and a service gap is left behind the screen so a future bracket change does not mean pulling the unit apart.
There is a bulkhead over the sink in our older Richmond Hill kitchen. Can it come out?
Sometimes. It depends on what is inside: a duct or a plumbing stack can often be rerouted, structure cannot. We open the question at the measure and design for both outcomes, so the cabinetry works whether the bulkhead stays or your contractor removes it before we deliver.
