Vanities in Brampton
Brampton is largely newer subdivision housing with square walls and nine foot main floor ceilings, plus older and smaller houses downtown and in Bramalea. Older bathrooms tend to be narrow with the rough-in already fixed, while newer builds offer a wider wall and room for a double bowl. A custom vanity is built to the width you have and drawn around the plumbing, floating on wall blocking or standing as a furniture piece.

Kitchen replacements, serveries, pantries, mudrooms off the garage and basement units are the common jobs. We measure the rough-in and the wall, build and finish the vanity in our shop, then set and level it on site so the stone can be templated against the real cabinet.
Because builder cabinetry in Brampton stops short of the ceiling, the quickest gain in storage is tall units run to the underside of the ceiling with a scribe at the top.

Can you replace a vanity without retiling the Brampton bathroom?
Usually yes, if the new cabinet covers the same footprint or more. We measure the tile edges and the existing plinth line at step 01 and size the piece so no bare floor or unfinished tile is left showing.
How long is a bathroom out of use?
Only for the install and the stone. The cabinet goes in and is levelled in [n] days, the fabricator templates afterwards, and the top is fitted on their return. Your plumber reconnects once the stone is in.
Do you build the mudroom off the garage?
Yes. The usual package is a bench with drawers under it, a hanging rail or hooks, tall lockers for coats and a tray at the bottom for boots. It can carry the same finish as the kitchen so the two rooms read together, and it sits on the quote as its own set of lines.
Can you replace the builder kitchen in a newer Brampton house without moving the plumbing?
Usually, yes. If the sink, range and fridge stay where they are, the work is cabinetry and counter only. We hold those positions in the drawings and flag any outlet that has to move for a panelled appliance or an under cabinet light, so the electrician has it in advance rather than on install day.
