Media walls in King
A media wall holds the television, the fireplace and the equipment in one piece drawn for the room, with the cables inside the millwork. Kitchens with long islands, walk-in pantries, mudrooms and boot rooms make up most of the work we do in King.

King, on the ground.
King runs to estate lots, rebuilt farmhouses and large houses on acreage, so rooms are generous and wall runs are long. Newer open-plan rooms often need a media wall to give the space a centre; older living rooms usually have a chimney breast the millwork builds around. Long private driveways and gravel approaches mean we confirm the delivery route and turning space before the truck is loaded. The wall is built and wired in the shop, delivered in sections and installed over [n] days, with the electrician making the final connections.
Rural addresses in King often need a gate code and a site contact, so the crew confirms both the day before install.

No figures published. The drivers, in order.
| Driver | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Fireplace surround | A fireplace adds an opening built to clearances, a hearth line and usually stone. |
| Hidden storage and doors | Closed storage for equipment adds boxes, doors and ventilation; open shelves are the lighter line. |
| Lighting | Shelf lighting and a backlit panel add wiring, drivers and an electrician's connection. |
| Stone or slats | A slab surround or a wall of solid slats changes the material line more than any colour. |
Shelf count and the finish colour barely move it. The fireplace, the stone and what the wall hides do.
Asked before the first call.
Can you build a media wall in a King condo?
Yes. Condo media walls are drawn in sections that fit the elevator and the corridor, and we work to the building's delivery rules. [typical condo building rules confirmed per building]
How long does a media wall take in King?
[n] weeks from signed drawings to install, then [n] days on site. Fireplace and television model numbers at the start keep that date.
We are at the end of a long gravel driveway. Can the truck get in?
Usually yes. We ask for a photo of the driveway and of the turning space at the house before delivery day, and we bring the cabinets in on a smaller vehicle if the approach is tight. Wet conditions on gravel can change the plan, so we confirm the route [n] days before we load.
Our farmhouse walls are not straight. Will the cabinets still sit tight?
Yes. Gables and fillers are cut oversized in the shop and scribed to the wall on site. Where a wall leans, we hold the run plumb and take the difference in the scribe instead of tilting the boxes. Countertop templating happens after the cabinets are set, so the stone follows the finished line.
