Vanities in Newmarket
A custom vanity is built to the width you have and drawn around the plumbing, floating on wall blocking or standing as a furniture piece. Kitchens with islands and pantries, mudrooms, basement kitchenettes and wall units, and closets.

Newmarket combines older frame and brick houses with low basements near Main Street and family subdivision housing spread around them. Older bathrooms tend to be narrow with the rough-in already fixed, while newer builds offer a wider wall and room for a double bowl. Garage and driveway access is easy in the subdivisions, and the constraint indoors is usually the basement stair turn rather than the front door. We measure the rough-in and the wall, build and finish the vanity in our shop, then set and level it on site so the stone can be templated against the real cabinet.
In Newmarket basements the usable height is set by the ducts, so the top of the run is carried at one line across the whole wall.

Can you replace a vanity without retiling the Newmarket bathroom?
Usually yes, if the new cabinet covers the same footprint or more. We measure the tile edges and the existing plinth line at step 01 and size the piece so no bare floor or unfinished tile is left showing.
How long is a bathroom out of use?
Only for the install and the stone. The cabinet goes in and is levelled in [n] days, the fabricator templates afterwards, and the top is fitted on their return. Your plumber reconnects once the stone is in.
Can the cabinetry be brought down our basement stairs?
That is checked at the measure. We take the stair width, the headroom over the flight and the turn at the bottom, then build the run in sections that clear it. Joints between sections are placed where a stile falls, so they are not obvious once the doors are hung.
How far ahead do we need to book a Newmarket install?
The drawings and your approval come first, then the shop build takes [n] weeks, and the install is booked from the end of that. The site has to be ready as well: finished floor down, walls painted and services roughed in. [Kam confirms current booking lead time.]
